Our History

The company OIKO OE was founded in 2006 in Lefkada for the construction, development and management of real estate. Our partner network extends to all the Ionian islands, mainland Greece, Athens and other major urban centers of the country (Thessaloniki, Patras, Ioannina) as well as selected Aegean islands. The strategic partnerships developed with real estate brokerage and real estate development have proven decisive over the years

In view of developments and in accordance with the requirements of the new period, OIKO O.E. has been working since November 2016 with ELLINON GI providing a complete service package.
